Let’s get into the specifics of depression.

What is Depression?

How does it happen?

Why does it happen?

Depression is what it sounds like – The Act Of DEPRESSING – AS in TO Depress = To Push Down, to lessen the activity of .

The word Depressed = cast down in spirits, lowered in position, flattened from above or vertically.

This is what happens to Coal in order to become a Diamond.

“To lessen activity” is like saying “stopping the Isotopes from Reactivity” in Chemistry.

So, depression is the process of transmutation, the soul's mission into the Physical form of the body, and then solidifying it in hopes that the Human body and mind will finally decide to choose the SOUL’s mission and actually reach its own full Potential.

You do not get depressed because you are worthless and have no purpose; you only get depressed because you do have a mission and a purpose. And you are not fulfilling it, and your soul is screaming and throwing Punches at you to fulfill it, and that is the Depression.

You’re not listening to it, you're listening to the People and society around you. But they are not you; they do not have the same reason for being here. Each of us has a unique purpose, and I am certain of mine, but you're the only one who truly knows yours; no one can tell you.

When a doctor or a Psychologist gives you prescriptions to deal with the feeling of being depressed, which is compressing you, so you can “Become a Diamond” that is created inside of you.

And the Pill makes you feel nothing or makes you simply drowsy and sleep all day.

The doctor is not actually helping you get out of Depression, nor are they actually helping you reach your full potential.

They are only stopping the feeling meant to remind you to change something and nudge you to fulfill your Purpose.

They are putting you on hold, in stasis, and stopping you from reaching your potential.

This is really bad in the long run for Humanity. This may look, on the surface, as if something good is being done, but it is, in fact, really Bad.

Because ur impulse is being blocked and ur not working on reaching your full potential.

On the grand scale of things, what is happening is that you are being prevented from reaching your potential because people who are higher up actually don’t need you to be their competition.

There is a way to heal, however, and maybe some meds can be used a bit. But the biggest help is having an accountability coach and learning to listen to yourself, mostly.

So many of us are taught to shut our impulses off early on just to please the people and society around us, and it's the desire to please others and to “Seam Normal” or like everyone else that, in fact, is the cause of our Depression.

As long as your intentions are not to harm anyone, then you should not suppress your impulses just to please those around you, because then you're not pleasing yourself, and that never works out well.

You have to shine your light, not dim it, in order to let others shine. Everyone needs to shine in their Hue / Frequency.

The secret to this all is that you need to follow what feels good to you, natural and right for you. This way, you're following the Flow of Nature for yourself, and you learn to pick it up and catch the wave like a Surfer.

And hopefully, eventually, you find people who also flow the way you flow.

This is the way to heal yourself and fulfill your potential.

There are several tools: writing is a great one; exercising, practicing eating well; and learning what it means to be silent within.

Being silent in your mind helps you hear your soul's guidance. Which is more important than listening to what others around you are saying: they are not you; they don’t know why you are here. Listening to them and doing as they expect you to do is mostly the reason you are depressed.

I mean, there are proper cultural and social norms. But as long as you're within the social norms. You can politely say No, I will not drink this alcohol, and or no I will not eat that food, or no I will not wear those clothes, or put on this makeup, or have my hair that way, and so on, or Excuse me, I have to leave. You get the Drift.

Often, I think of us as both receiver and Amplifier. Essentially, we are like a ham radio, where you can both receive and send messages.

But to get the message, you need to be on the right frequency, and to send the message, you need to be on a different Frequency.

My favorite is to be in Placid Mode. - aka Calm.

Many people don’t know CALM. They confuse it with Numb, or No Feeling, and get scared of Calmness.

In our society, where excitement and very strong emotions are emphasized

Calmness is an enomoly.

But it is in Calmness where you will reach self-fulfillment, thus all the Cheos in the world are being created in order to distract you from the one state from which you can become the most powerful being that you are meant to be.

Cheos is one of the major triggers that lead people into depression.

“Does God Exist?”

It’s a question that many ponder, often during times of darkness—like the dreary winter months when Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) kicks in. You know, when the days are short, and the nights seem endless, and you start questioning everything, including your existence!

The Wonder of Life: Light and Darkness

But here’s the thing: life is all about contrasts! You can’t appreciate the light without experiencing the darkness. Imagine if you only had one Flavor of Ice cream - your Favorite - after some time, you would come to really hate it, if you could never pick another.

Take a look at some folks in the USA who have never ventured outside their bubble. They often think the USA is a terrible place, despite it being one of the freest countries in the world! Without contrasting experiences, they create their own little hell while basking in the light. It’s like thinking a sunny day is a storm because you've never seen a Storm before!

The Black Hole Analogy

To me, Depression is like a black hole. These cosmic wonders collapse under their own gravity, bending light in the process. It’s like a cosmic vacuum cleaner gone rogue! But here’s the kicker: eventually, they implode, leading to the birth of a nebula.

A nebula is a beautiful cloud of gas that serves as a nursery for new stars and galaxies. So, just like the pressure of depression and anxiety can feel overwhelming, it can also lead to the creation of something new and beautiful in your life! The length of time it lasts depends on how much pressure you can withstand and how convinced you are of the correctness of your thinking.

Crabs in a Pressure Cooker

Now, some people are like crabs in a pressure cooker—they’ve lived in it so long that they think it’s normal to feel anxious and depressed. But let me tell you, it’s not! It’s like thinking that eating plain cardboard is the height of gourmet cuisine! And that having a stomach ache and being constipated is normal. - I am going to break it for you, it's NOT, and in fact, it's the cause of your bad mood.

The Cycle of Normalizing Bad Behavior

This cycle often starts in childhood when a baby learns that throwing a tantrum gets them attention. They feel that bad behavior is rewarded, and as they grow up, they’re ill-prepared to handle life’s challenges. It’s like giving a kid a trophy for showing up—does everyone deserve a medal?

The Dangers of Misguided Solutions

As adults, many turn to the wrong kind of drugs, often leading to mental health crises that land them in psych wards. It’s a cycle that’s as predictable as a cat chasing a laser pointer!

Hope and Healing: You Can Cure Yourself!

But here’s the good news: there are herbal remedies and self-help strategies that can help lift the weight of depression. Yes, you can actually cure yourself! I did it, and so can you. It’s like discovering you can bake a cake, all you need is the recipe—liberating, right?

Now, I’m not sure if your psychologist or doctor wants you to know this, but healing is possible. After all, they might prefer to keep you as a client on their drugs for the rest of your life—just like a lawyer who thrives on perpetual cases. But remember, you have the power to change your narrative, and eventually have the tools and techniques to cope with life without drugs.

Conclusion: Embrace the Journey

So, in the grand scheme of existence, remember to embrace both the light and the darkness. They’re both essential parts of the journey. And who knows? You might find that your greatest struggles lead to your most beautiful transformations!

Isn't it amazing how something that starts as a black hole can transform into a stunning nebula? Just like you, with the proper perspective!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life? Meditation offers a pathway to tranquility, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and find peace. But to truly reap the benefits of meditation, it's essential to establish a strong foundation through good habits. Think of it as setting the stage for an enriching experience. Incorporating elements like organization, hygiene, and nutrition can significantly enhance your practice. Let’s explore how these habits can elevate your meditation journey and help you reflect on the life you wish to lead when you're a hundred years old.

The Importance of Organization

Organization is key as you embark on your meditation journey. A cluttered environment often leads to a cluttered mind. Start small: designate a specific corner in your room as your meditation space. Even if it's just a chair by the window, keep this area tidy and free from distractions.

Enhance your space with calming elements. For instance, you could choose a small indoor plant, add a soothing candle, or utilize soft lighting. According to a study by the Journal of Environmental Psychology, people reported a 30% increase in stress relief from spending just a few minutes in clean, organized spaces. By organizing your environment, you prepare yourself for a deeper meditation experience.

Establishing Good Hygiene

Good hygiene is a fundamental part of preparing for meditation. A clean body allows your mind to focus better. Develop a routine that includes regular bathing and wearing comfortable, fresh clothing during your sessions. For example, try taking a shower and brushing your teeth before you sit down to meditate.

Such simple self-care routines can elevate your state of mind. According to studies, participants who practiced good hygiene reported a 40% improvement in their overall mood during meditation. These small acts can transform your presence and help you engage more fully with your practice.

Nourishing Your Body

Nutrition plays a critical role in how you feel, both physically and mentally. A balanced diet contributes to higher energy levels and less discomfort during meditation. Focus on nutrient-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

Before meditating, avoid heavy meals to prevent sluggishness. Instead, snack on something light, like a small handful of nuts or a Greek yogurt cup. Research shows that foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as walnuts and flaxseeds, can improve brain function and mood—important for a focused meditation session.

The Power of Reflection

As you practice these foundational habits, regularly reflect on your long-term goals. Ask yourself, “When I am 100, how do I want to live my life?” This introspection can steer your daily actions and inspire you to keep healthy habits.

For many, the wish to remain active and self-sufficient in old age fuels motivation. Think of simple, actionable steps you could take now—like daily walks or regular strength training—to ensure your independence as you age. According to the American Institute for Cancer Research, even modest daily exercise can reduce age-related mobility issues by 30%, which can enhance your ability to meditate and live fully.

Creating a Systematic Practice

To fully benefit from meditation, establish a consistent routine. Set aside dedicated time each day for practice, as you would for exercise or important tasks. Begin with shorter sessions—around 5 to 10 minutes—and gradually increase as you grow more comfortable.

Staying consistent is essential. Schedule your meditation sessions at the same time each day: morning, afternoon, or evening, whichever suits you best. Consider using guided meditations or popular apps to explore various techniques and keep you on track.

The Connection Between Body and Mind

Recognizing the connection between body and mind is crucial in your meditation practice. Physical discomfort can hinder your ability to focus on your breath. By prioritizing hygiene, nutrition, and gentle exercise, you foster a positive relationship with both your physical and mental states.

Incorporate light exercises like yoga or stretching into your routine. These practices can help alleviate tension and prepare your body for meditation. For instance, just 15 minutes of simple stretches can increase blood flow and enhance relaxation, improving your overall meditation quality.

Cultivating Mindfulness in Daily Life

Mindfulness isn’t reserved just for your meditation sessions. Strive to incorporate it into your daily life. Whether eating, walking, or talking, practice being fully aware of your surroundings.

This daily mindfulness will enrich both your meditation and your life overall. A study from Harvard University found that practicing mindfulness can increase happiness levels by up to 25%. Engage fully in each moment, and you'll cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

Reflecting on Your Journey

Before diving into meditation, establishing a solid foundation is vital. By focusing on organization, hygiene, nutrition, and reflection, you create a supportive environment for a richer meditation experience.

As you embark on your journey, keep in mind how you want to live when you’re a hundred years old. By nurturing your body and mind today, you can pave the way for a vibrant and fulfilling future. Embrace these habits; you may find they dramatically transform your meditation journey and lead you to a more peaceful life.
